At El Paso Paint Parties, we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. To ensure clarity and fairness, we’ve outlined the following policies and guidelines:
Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to guarantee availability.
Cancellation Policy
Custom Events and In-Home Parties:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive credit to reschedule or a refund in the form of paint kits.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive paint kits as compensation.
Corporate, Public, and Fundraising Events:

If the customer cancels, they will receive credit to reschedule or a refund in the form of paint kits.

A full refund will only be issued if the host cancels the event.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.
Payment Terms

The following payments are required to finalize your booking:

Deposit: Due at booking to reserve the date.

First Payment: 50% of the event cost is due 14 days before the event to prepare materials and logistics.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
Participation Guidelines

Attendees are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and individual "catch-up" guidance cannot be guaranteed.

All ages are welcome unless otherwise specified for certain events. Parents or guardians must supervise children during family-friendly events.

Please follow the instructor's guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Event Policies

We provide all supplies needed for the event, including canvases, paint, brushes, and aprons.

Setup and cleanup are included in our services. If additional tables and chairs are needed, these can be provided for an extra fee.

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks, subject to the venue’s policies.
Liability Waiver

El Paso Paint Parties is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents that occur during events.

Participants engage in activities at their own risk, and we recommend wearing appropriate clothing for painting.
Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely for communication and event planning purposes.

We will not share or sell your information to third parties.
General Policy

Rescheduling: Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. We’ll work with you to find a new date that accommodates your needs.

No-Show Policy: If no one attends the event or cancels on the day of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued. Paint kits may still be provided if requested.

For paint kits: No refunds on paint kits. If you did not receive the item you expected, an item was missing or defective, please let me know, and I'll be happy to exchange or replace it.

Save-the-Date Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances but can be applied as a credit toward a future event if canceled with adequate notice.

Material Preparation: Once materials are prepared (typically within 7 days of the event), refunds will no longer be available—only credit or paint kits will be offered.
Blog Commenting Policy
​​We encourage community engagement and discussions on our blog. To maintain a positive and respectful environment, all users must adhere to the following guidelines when commenting:

Login Requirement: You must create an account and log in to comment on blog posts. This ensures accountability and transparency within the community.

Respectful Content Only: Offensive, hateful, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated. Comments must be polite and relevant to the discussion.
